This listing is for a beautiful pair of vintage circa 1940 Mortlock Island Wood Mask Panels. These Oceanic masks are hand painted and measure 36 inches long by 8.75 inches wide. These are unsigned by the artist, but remain in nice shape. The painting is really well done, they just have the look to them. The folk art feel of the form and way the lines are painted makes these display wonderfully. The mask panel with the head piece measures 39.25 inches long.
