This mixed metal, art-to-wear piece is an outstanding example of the highly collectible and singular jewelry by acclaimed Berkeley, California, artisan Louise McGuinness, during the 1980's.
Employing her signature combination of sterling silver splattered on copper, here McGuinness handcrafted a beautifully articulated bracelet, composed of six square copper panels, interconnected by pairs of silver soldered O-rings. The panels are gently convex in form, imbuing the overall design with depth and dimension. While the splashes of reticulated, molten silver create unique, organic patterns, making each panel one-of-a-kind. Boldly modern with a sublime, raw intensity, the bracelet makes for an attention-getting adornment perfect for any occasion.
