    Description

    Up for bid is a nice pair of handmade brass button screwback earrings by Gret Barkin of New Hope, PA. The earrings are ¾ inch in diameter and have applied screw backs as shown.  The tops are domed and have a textured surface.  They are marked “HAND WROUGHT / GRET BARKIN / NEW HOPE PA”.
    Condition on the earrings is fairly good.  They have a worn lacquer surface, but the discoloration is confined to the backs.  A nice pair of modernist craft earrings!
