FEATURED: This is an amazing stunner of a Mid Century Industrial meets Abstract Bracelet, created in solid Copper, a huge hinged cuff piece, with a single, very striking,three-dimensional curved medallion that is all this bracelet needs to catch every eye in the room when you're wearing it. When we say huge, we do mean Huge, with the cuff band being almost two inches wide, the wild medallion being 2 3/8 inches tall, and 2 1/2 inches across, and yet we found it very comfortable to wear, its box clasp and hinge working securely and all the metal smooth on your wrist. We were fascinated with the wild design on this piece, very complex in its design- should it be called abstract geometric? It has that industrial, early Mid Century Modernist vibe and yet is more, much more... We are sure this was done by an incredible artist/designer, we just don't know who that was, as we could find nothing similar to it anywhere online. Rebajes, Pujol, Winifred Mason, Weiner, Art Smith, Sam Kramer, De Patta, some Modernist Jewelry Maker who has yet to be discovered? Whoever created this, created a very unique, wonderful piece of art that also happens to be a superbly crafted, striking bracelet. We are sure you will be getting many compliments and interest whenever and whereever you wear this incredible statement piece. Yes, you could wear a lot of jewelry to try to make that fashion statement, but you will make your own fashion statement when you wear just this- you don't need a lot, you just need it to be totally fabulous!MEASURES: We measured the circumference to be @ 7.5 inches, the band is 1 7/8 inches wide, and the medallion is 2 3/8 inches high, and a whopping 2.5 inches across as it wraps around your wrist. It is a hinged cuff piece, so you can easily open/close it, and leave the safety chain hooked on for extra security. A very interesting design, created in solid copper by an unknown designer artist, we believe, and found at an estate of a high-end jewelry collector with diverse tastes who shopped for years everywhere her career took her. Not signed/hallmarked anywhere; we believe it to be Mid Century-era, but could not find anything at all like it online; we do believe it is a fantastic piece to add to any collection and enjoy for many years to come!
