Horse or Pony Cart - 20" Tires - No Harness

Description

Steel pony cart with 20" bike tires and no harness.
Condition:
- I'm guessing it is 15 - 20 years old.
- It is 9ft in total Length, 48" Wide at the seat and 40" High at the seat back. The poles sit about 21" off of the ground.
- Wooden seat with springs and lowish wooden back rest needs refinishing.
- The foot well has wood on the bottom, front and back. A non-matching piece of wood was added on the back wall of the foot well seemingly for safety reasons. This wood also needs refinishing.
- It's metal parts are all painted red and looks OK near the seating area but is chipped and worn near the ends of he poles.
- Black tires have a lot of tread but are dry rotted, they hold air but should be replaced.
- The rims are in excellent shape.
- The entire frame seems to be in very good shape structurally except for slight bends at the bends in the poles.
For an extra 0 I would be happy to repaint the metal, any color, replace both tires and refinish all wood.
