    Description

    Listing is for two antique early plastic / bakelite items, a hair barrette and a brooch.  The hair barrette is bakelite based on my research of barrettes that look exactly like this one.   The cameo brooch is molded and quite detailed, a nice item.  Another listing for this same cameo brooch includes this bit of info: "Bakelite tested pale yellow with simichrome."  I know next to nothing about bakelite but maybe for a collector that is useful info.The pin back and barrette findings are secure and function properly.

    2.25" long
    Cameo brooch is 2" tall.

    Regardless of what this listing shows I nearly always ship within 2 days of receiving payment for an item.  I have had to extend the handling time setting to accommodate the post office not scanning packages.  Late scans are a defect against sellers so my listing shows a 5 day handling time to lessen late scan defects.  But I try to ship asap, many times the same day.
